Sixteen undergraduate peer advisors provide drop-in advising, including help with:

• Course planning and scheduling classes
• Adding one more class to complete your schedule (they have class lists)
• Registration procedures using SISWEB
• Expanded course outlines
• Straight answers to questions and hassles

The First Resort staff are also a part of the Residence Hall Advising Team serving first-year students in the residence halls through workshops and drop-in advising at the Academic Advising Center.

Additionally, The First Resort has a telephone hotline, (530) 752-2807, where students can call for academic advising (academic year only). If you have any question—large or small—you're encouraged to talk with a peer advisor from The First Resort. They're friendly, informed and eager to get students started on the right path.

Transfer Student Services

Transfer student services are also located at The First Resort in South Hall. The First Resort peer advisors are trained to answer transfer student questions and offer information about the Transfer Student Association. The transfer student hotline number is (530) 752-2200.
